rivaltea is a paid subscription service that delivers a weekly email brief containing competitive intelligence for your business. Each brief is personalized based on the industry and competitor information you provide during onboarding.

The service collects information from publicly available sources including company websites, review platforms, job boards, press coverage, community discussions, funding databases, and product launch platforms. This information is compiled, analyzed, and summarized using artificial intelligence, then delivered to your inbox every Monday.

2. Subscription and billing

rivaltea is a paid monthly subscription. Current pricing is listed on our website. Your subscription begins when you complete the signup and onboarding process. You can cancel at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

If a payment fails, our payment processor will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will be canceled and brief delivery will stop.

Your weekly brief may include information about your own company's public activity, competitor activity, newly discovered competitors, and relevant industry news. Every item in the brief is based on publicly available information and includes a source link so you can verify it yourself.

rivaltea does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information in your brief. Public sources may be unavailable, outdated, or incorrect. The brief is informational only and should not be treated as legal, financial, or strategic advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions based on it.

7. Intellectual property

The brief content, templates, design, and brand materials are the property of rivaltea. The underlying factual information in the briefs is sourced from public sources and is not claimed as proprietary. Source links are provided for all items.

8. Service availability

rivaltea aims to deliver your brief every Monday morning. Occasional delays or missed deliveries may occur due to technical issues, source availability, or maintenance. If a brief cannot be generated for a given week, you will not be credited or refunded for that week. Persistent delivery failures will be addressed and communicated to you via email.

9. Limitation of liability

rivaltea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rivaltea and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Cancellation and termination
